Rose Computers are built with only the highest quality components; we take no shortcuts in the process. All of our new systems are built in Fractal Design or Antec cases. We use Antec or In-Win Development power supplies giving our clients a 3 year Power Supply warranty. The hard drives we use are from Western Digital which come with 5 year manufacturer warranty as we only use Enterprise level drives in our new systems. In the case of Solid State Drives we prefer the Samsung Pro and EVO Series products which also have a 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. We use motherboards from manufacturers like Gigabyte and Intel Retail Boxed Processors offering a 3 year mfg warranty. The Kingston and Crucial RAM that we use has a limited Lifetime Manufacturer's warranty. We sell LCD monitors from Acer, Samsung, and Viewsonic and others again with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. By choosing higher quality components with better warranty we build more value into our systems.
We added Lenovo products to our product line up back in 2010 and they have had a wonderful track record of providing quality hardware. In the rare event of a failure we often get parts next day after calling in and when we return units for depot repair they typically ship same day or next day after they were rec'd at the repair facility. They have a huge variety of notebooks, tablets and towers for any need you may have.
